Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy

with in 24 hours of placing an order

Upto 90% amount shall be refunded of the order value only, We deduct 10% amount because we incur cost for payment gateway and accounts when we return the money.

Within 2-3 Days-after payment/advance payment

Backend/Technical team gets assigned into the jobs after payment confirmation so we deduct 50% amount of payment.

After 3 days from the date of conformation

No refunds are possible

By mistake i paid extra amount

90% of the payment shall be refunded. Only extra payment not all payment, the 10% amount shall be deducted from lumpsum amount.

Other reasons for refunding

I did not like your work

"NO REFUNDS" shall be initiated after completing the work whether you like or you don't like the uploaded work on main domain. But we at JK Webcom gives you full assurity that minor changes shall be done as per to satisfy the client

Work Delay

No refunds shall be initiated if the delay is from client's end.But we at JK Webcom gives you assurity that delay shall not be from our end.But plus or minus 10% cannot be said if the work is delay from us.

Work Rejection after the delivery of product

NO REFUNDS shall be initiated if the client reject the complete work after uploading the full work on main domain.

Tehnical Glitches

NO REFUNDS if the technical problem is from Domain Name or hosting as they are outside from our influences.

Abusive Language/ Attack on Marketing Executive/ Showing of Arms

NO REFUNDS shall be initiated if the client uses Abusive Language/ Attack on Marketing Executive/ Showing of Arms and the work will be stopped on immediate basis.

Technology Disputes

NO REFUNDS shall be initiated if the client is not satisfied with the given technology. We at JK Webcom informs our customers which technology shall be used to design and develop their app, website, CRM before starting the work. So there is no any point to raise an issue.
